There are many great sites for clients to search the MLS, which is the data base that almost every home for sale is on. Often when agents have MLS searches on their web sites, they are not as comprehensive as our suggested MLS search sites, often missing properties listed by agents who may be from a different part of the Bay Area.
There are several web sites that feature the MLS for clients, our favorites are:
- www.realtor.com is the MLS search created by the national association of realtors
- www.zillow.com MLS search and other information such as estimate values of individual homes
- www.trulia.com MLS search plus lots more such as list & sales price stats & trends
