| I have been involved in 5 real estate purchases and Elan was by far the best agent i have had the opportunity to work with. He did the things you would automatically assume a real estate agent would do but they often don't. He followed through and did what he said he was going to do. He is level headed and the right level of assertive and consilatory. On a personal note, he is patient, a good listener and fun which is a huge benefit when you spend that much time with someone.
